The Eucharistic celebration of the New Year began at 7 p.m. Fr. Antony D'Souza S.J. the main celebrant of the mass broke the Word of God and gave the clear understanding of the feast of Mary Mother of God. Fr Jesudas, the parish priest concelebrated at the Eucharist. After that we had Holy Hour to give praise to God for all his blessings in the past year and seek His blessings for the new year. It was well conducted by Br. Roshan.
New beginning with the New Team:
During the mass after the homily our newly elected Parish Pastoral Parishad members took the oath in the presence of God, Priest's and the faithful. Parish Priest accepted their oath and instructed them to be faithful to the teachings of the Church. And also handed over to them the lighted candles and asked them to be the light of the world and witness Jesus in every actions, words and deeds.
