9th August 2015, is a memorable day for us the parishioners. our Dear Lord Bishop Aloysius Paul D'souza made his pastoral visit to our parish. To mark this event we had blessings of two Grottos, in honour of Our Lady Of Perpetual Help and Infant Jesus. Our Parish Priest Rev.Fr. Jesudas D Costa inaugurated these grottos and Bishop Blessed the same. After the initial prayers Bishop addressed the gathering especially the confirmandi. During the mass, 32 of them received the sacrament of confirmation. After the mass, we felicitated our Dear Bishop with shawl, fruits and flower garlands. Later different associations of our parish presented the report to the Bishop. Then at the end all the parish pastoral council members had a fellowship meal with the Bishop.
