The liturgy of 'the Birth of Jesus' began with the 'carol singing' at 7.00pm sung by melodies our choir. In the solemn mass at 7.30pm Fr Edwin F. Pinto was the main celebrant and the preacher Fr Vernon Vas celebrated in the mass. In the Homily, Humility, Hope and the gift of peace were highlighted. Fr Edwin thanked everyone who worked for the grand celebration of Christmas. This year the main attraction was that the 'kuswar' was distributed to everyone after the mass, which was generously donated by most of the parishioners in their own capacities. This is done, also on 25th December mass. Even after there was 'surplus'. This is a miracle indeed.

After mass on 24th 'Christmas Tree' programme was organized by ICYM where there were dances, skits, housie -housie and auctions, star competition and crib competition conducted to encourage children's participation.
